Before you request deletion
Deleting an account removes marketplace access, profile visibility, listings and active device notification tokens. It does not automatically reverse completed subscription charges or independent dealer transactions. Download or retain any records you need before requesting deletion.
How to request deletion
Send the request from the email address associated with your account, or include your registered mobile number if no email is attached. Use the button below to create a pre-addressed request. You can also open this page from Profile inside the DealerBase app.
Verification and timing
We will verify account ownership before deletion to prevent unauthorised requests. We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days and will confirm when it is completed or explain any lawful retention requirement.
What may be retained
Limited payment, tax, fraud-prevention, security, complaint and legal records may be retained for the period required by law or reasonably needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Such data is restricted from ordinary marketplace use and deleted or anonymised when retention is no longer necessary.
