Permitted users and products
DealerBase is for legitimate pesticide and agricultural-input businesses. Users must hold all registrations, licences and authorisations applicable to their role and location. Only lawful, authentic and properly registered products may be listed.
Listing standards
- Use the exact product, brand, category, formulation, pack size and truthful description.
- Keep price, quantity, location, expiry information and stock status current.
- Do not make unapproved efficacy, safety, health, yield or comparative claims.
- Do not list banned, recalled, counterfeit, expired, tampered, unlabelled or unlawfully imported products.
- Use images and trademarks only when authorised.
Safe and lawful trade
Dealers must independently verify counterparties, licences, invoices, batch and label information, storage and transport conditions, and restrictions under central and state law. Products must be handled only according to approved labels and applicable safety requirements.
Moderation and reporting
Listings may be pending, approved, rejected or marked out of stock. DealerBase may request evidence, remove content, restrict accounts or preserve records. Report suspicious listings or conduct to support@dealerbase.in with the listing link and supporting information.
No endorsement
A verified profile or approved listing indicates only that certain platform checks or moderation steps were completed. It is not a government approval, product warranty, credit assessment or guarantee of a dealer or transaction.
