Who we are
DealerBase is a business-to-business marketplace operated by SMART AGRI SOLUTIONS. It helps pesticide and agricultural-input dealers publish listings, discover other dealers and exchange enquiries. This policy applies to the DealerBase website, mobile web experience and Android/iOS applications.
Information we collect
- Account and identity details, including name, business name, mobile number, email, GST number and login credentials.
- Business profile, address, state, district, pincode, profile photo, product listings, brands, prices, stock information and content you submit.
- Enquiries, replies, reports, support communications and notification preferences.
- Subscription and transaction references supplied by Razorpay. DealerBase does not store complete card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
- Technical data such as device type, IP address, browser, app version, login activity, push-notification token and essential cookies or local storage.
How we use information
- Create and secure accounts, verify OTPs and provide marketplace features.
- Display dealer profiles and listings to other authorised users and route enquiries.
- Process subscriptions, maintain payment records and provide customer support.
- Moderate listings, prevent fraud or misuse, enforce marketplace rules and comply with law.
- Send service, listing, enquiry, subscription and administrative notifications when permitted.
Sharing and processors
We share data only where needed to operate the service, fulfil a user request, protect the platform or comply with law. Providers may include hosting and database vendors, Razorpay, Firebase Cloud Messaging, SMS/OTP and email providers, analytics or security vendors, and professional advisers or authorities. Public profile and listing information is visible to marketplace users as described in the product. We do not sell personal information.
Consent, choices and rights
You may review or correct editable profile information, withdraw optional notification permission, and request access, correction, erasure or grievance redressal by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may make some features unavailable. Account deletion can be requested through our Account Deletion page.
Retention and security
We retain account data while the account is active and afterwards only as reasonably needed for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute and backup purposes. We use access controls, encryption in transit and operational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children and international processing
DealerBase is intended for business users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. Service providers may process data in India or other jurisdictions subject to contractual and legal safeguards.
