Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using DealerBase, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. You must be at least 18, authorised to act for the business, and legally capable of entering a contract in India.
Dealer responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current registration, licence, tax, location and contact information.
- Maintain every licence, permit and approval required to trade, advertise, store or distribute regulated agricultural inputs.
- Confirm product registration, label, batch, manufacture/expiry, packaging, price, stock, taxes, invoices and transport requirements before a transaction.
- Keep credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
Platform role
DealerBase provides discovery, listings and communication tools. Unless expressly stated, SMART AGRI SOLUTIONS is not the manufacturer, seller, buyer, warehouse, transporter or agent in a dealer-to-dealer transaction. Dealers independently negotiate, verify, invoice, deliver and settle product transactions and are responsible for applicable law.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid features are provided for the plan period shown at checkout. Prices, taxes, renewal terms and included features are displayed before payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay or another authorised provider. Refund and cancellation requests are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Listings, content and moderation
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant DealerBase a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, format and display it for operating and promoting the marketplace. We may review, reject, remove, mark out of stock, restrict or preserve content that is inaccurate, unlawful, unsafe, misleading or inconsistent with our Marketplace Policy. Approval is not an endorsement or legal verification.
Prohibited conduct
- Illegal, counterfeit, banned, expired, unregistered, mislabelled or unsafe products.
- False identity, misleading claims, manipulated pricing, spam, harassment, scraping, malware or security interference.
- Using another dealer’s data outside the purpose for which it was shared.
- Circumventing account restrictions, subscriptions, moderation or platform security.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, legal compliance, repeated complaints or breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Obligations concerning payments, disputes, intellectual property, liability and legally required retention survive termination.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, DealerBase does not guarantee dealer identity, listing accuracy, stock, product quality, transaction completion or uninterrupted availability. SMART AGRI SOLUTIONS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from independent dealer transactions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Law, changes and grievances
These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to courts of competent jurisdiction in India. Material changes will be posted with an updated date. Questions or grievances may be sent to support@dealerbase.in.
