Digital service only
DealerBase sells access to a digital B2B marketplace subscription. SMART AGRI SOLUTIONS does not ship physical pesticide or agricultural-input products through this subscription purchase.
Activation timeline
Successful subscriptions are normally activated immediately after confirmed payment. If activation is delayed, allow up to 24 hours and contact support@dealerbase.in with the payment reference. Access is delivered to the DealerBase account used at checkout.
Dealer-to-dealer delivery
Any packing, transport, insurance, delivery area, risk transfer, invoice, return or product-delivery commitment is agreed directly between the relevant buyer and seller. DealerBase does not take custody of listed goods and is not responsible for shipment performance unless a future service expressly states otherwise.
Service availability
Planned maintenance, network outages, app-store processing and third-party failures may temporarily affect access. We use reasonable efforts to restore the digital service promptly.
